We will handle the complaint within 30 days of receiving the product. If the product complaint is accepted, we will refund the money, including postage, back to your bank account associated with the card that was used to pay. Return of goods and withdrawal from the contract Doesn’t fit the size or did you buy someone a gift and don’t like it? Does not matter. By law, you have the option to return or exchange the goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment without giving a reason. Always add a cover letter to the package with your order number, name and wishes, what we should do with the package (refund or exchange). Please also send us the same data to the email with the subject RETURN + order number / EXCHANGE + order number. We only refund money for goods, not postage. You always pay the postage from you to us. We will credit your money in the same way and to the same account associated with the card that was entered during payment, within 14 days of receiving the shipment. You can also stop in person at our office at the same address from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 17:00. For personal visits, please always contact us by email in advance.
