Return of goods
The customer has the right to return the purchased goods without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

Please send the returned goods to:

Please do not send goods on COD, parcels sent on COD will not be accepted.

Goods can be returned provided that:
– it is in original and undamaged condition,
– bears no signs of use

Place returned products in a plastic container or box – if possible use the packaging in which you received the parcel. Secure the package well.
Send the parcel via Czech Post or courier service. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
It is also possible to make a written declaration with your name, surname, address, order number and the account number to which the money is to be transferred.
According to the Civil Code, the supplier is obliged to refund the amount paid to the consumer within 14 days of withdrawal from the purchase contract.

If other goods have been added to the purchased goods as a free gift or at a reduced price (various types of promotional offers), these goods must be sent back together with the goods you want to return.

We do not send confirmation of receipt of the package. You will receive information about the status of the return at the time of the return.

The amount that is returned is the price of the goods. The shipping fee is not refundable.

We also do not refund the shipping fee if you have not collected the parcel and it is automatically returned to us.

Complaint – product is defective, size does not fit
If you want to claim the goods:
Write us an email with a request to generate a code for the mail order company. Just bring the goods to any branch of mail order in the Czech Republic and provide our universal code. Or send us the claimed product to the following address:

The complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods in accordance with the general regulations and provisions regarding complaints.

In case of defects or damage, the consumer may claim under the warranty and ask for:

– repair of the products (removal of defects),
– replacement of the goods,
– price reduction
– withdrawal from the purchase contract.

In the event of an accepted claim, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of shipping to you (excluding any additional costs resulting from your chosen delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer) and the cost of shipping the product to the store.
